Upper St. Regis is a well known lake in the Adirondacks. It is home to some of the great camps, and today we will visit one of them for family photos. Nestled along the lake, only accessible by boat, is the home that was passed down from the Pratt family.
Today it is still visited by many descendants including my past clients Liz + Ned. While we first met in Pittsburgh for their wedding, a few years later I moved to the Adirondacks and we see each other often when they visit. Also, it should not be missed that I joined the family for another big occasion – rehearsal dinner at The Bowery.

Upper St. Regis Family Photos
In the height of summer I visited for Upper St. Regis family photos. As a result, we could document the generations together in addition to smaller family groups. Photographing at home makes kids so much more comfortable – even if it’s home away from home. For example, picking wild blueberries, playing in the sandbox and turning on favorite music always helps everyone ease into things. I hope you enjoy this look into summer and life on the lake. I know my favorite moments are often in a place like this. It’s worth documenting the things that bring you the most joy.
