For those of you who have followed Mary Dougherty Photography from the beginning, you know this workshop has come from years of hard work. The vision of the Adirondack Wedding Workshop was born out of a desire to bring photographers into nature, create time for inspiration and allow a real wedding story to be told. I can confidently say that we achieved that and more in the second year of this workshop. Without the support of my family, a talented team and wonderful attendees I would not have done it.
See what everyone had to say about the experience here.
Shooting in several epic locations in the Adirondack Park of New York we stepped out of normal surroundings for most photographers. There was room for each artist to create. In addition, by photographing a real couple we captured the actual chemistry and love they shared.
Wedding Photography Workshop

In planning this workshop, the story revolved around several scenes :
- Intimate farm to table wedding dinner
- Portraits on Whiteface Mountain
- A mountain view ceremony with dogs
- Honeymoon shoot on the lake
- Brunch Wedding Reception
- Whiteface Anniversary Shoot

For anyone interested in attending the Adirondack Wedding Workshop in the future, join my list to be notified how to sign up.

The team of people who came together to create this day are nationally known wedding vendors. Living in the mountains means that often things are out of reach and far away. However anything is possible when the right people come together. I am so grateful the talented group of people who made this year possible!
