I first photographed this family over three years ago. They were referred by a mutual friend, and we met for our first session when their oldest, Norah, was just one year old. Five sessions later, I’ve had the privilege of watching their family grow and change with the additions of Charlotte and now Evelyn – who was born just a week ago! It’s a privilege to work so consistently with a family and they get the award – hands down – for being my most faithful clients. I’m so grateful for that!

At our shoot this week the girls were getting antsy, Charlotte spent most of the time in tears and it looked like pulling off a picture of the three sisters together was only going to get more and more difficult. Abbey mentioned that despite the challenges that always showed up when we got together, I was always able to work some magic and capture beautiful images of her kids. After changing locations and having some fun counting to 10 while everyone sat in one place, I had one chance to capture the image above. While I don’t think it’s magic, it’s certainly patience and flexibility that have allowed me to consistently photograph these girls well… and once again it was a pleasure to do so this week!

Hope all of you have wonderful weekend and enjoy some amazing summer weather while it’s still here.

A classic Cape Cod wedding never goes out of style, especially at the Kittansett Club.

A Chautauqua wedding is stunning no matter the size. Karen and Walker pivoted to host the most amazing micro wedding at this historic American retreat.
