It was late and at the end of a wedding when this starry night appeared. It struck me, as the milky way emerged visible in the sky over the state park we were in. It was the kind of thing you want to sit and soak in, drink slowly, watch languidly. At the time I was chilly and tired and hopped in my car after capturing this long exposure. While I wish I was curled up in a sleeping bag camping in on a warm summer night under this sky, I’ll take that I can look back now on this beautiful sky.

If you want to enjoy it as well, feel free to download and spruce up your desktop or digital space. Personal use only please and as always, enjoy!
