Winter is always long living in the Adirondack mountains, but it looks so stunning from this beautiful view. In case you needed a reminder of how amazing the world is on Earth Day, this is it! Places like this exist and are stunning (in my opinion). Doesn’t this picture make you want to get outside, explore something, plan trip to somewhere new and see things for yourself?

This image was shot at the top of St.Regis at the end of January. It was about -40 on the very top, standing in the fire tower, and it made getting warm at the Lake Placid Lodge afterwards even more enjoyable.

I’m happy to say that in Saranac Lake the weather has shifted and all of our snow has melted. I’ve been dreaming of those summer days on the water, how about you? Looking forward to hosting people for my #marydoughertyWKSH this August 12-14 and registration opens May 1!
