This Vermont wedding at the West Mountain Inn was all about the experience. Family and friends gathered for the weekend. As such, I think that is the best way to celebrated, with so much more than a day to enjoy. I will keep looking back on this wedding as one of my favorites of the year.
Meg and Chris met while moving in to start their graduate programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Meg’s sister was helping her unload her previous apartment’s worth of furnishings into a dorm room. She looked over and saw Chris who had an equal amount of things to unpack. They both had careers already established, but few years in New Hampshire drew them closer than ever.
Wedding Weekend Schedule in Vermont
It was a fitting choice to have a Vermont wedding. The wedding weekend schedule looked like this :
- Friday : a swim at the Dorset Quarry and a welcome bbq
- Saturday : morning fun run before the wedding day
- Sunday : impromptu hikes and exploration before saying goodbye
The September weather delivered. The whole weekend was ideal, with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine.
Now, I know I have too many images to share. It’s a problem when you are emotionally attached to the day. This barely scratches the surface of the interaction and people that made it amazing. I hope that if you were there, you find a few favorites in the gallery.
