On a rooftop during their Sky Armory wedding Shannon and George danced. They had a room full of family and friends who joined them in Syracuse and were inside dancing while they stepped out for a moment to enjoy the sunset. I always want to go back to this place, and I think they will too.
Their Syracuse Sky Armory wedding was both elegant and laid back. Everyone was relaxed and happy to be there. Everyone looked stunning and the scene was so memorable. It really does change the feeling of the day to take all of your photographs before the ceremony. We did just that, using the outside of the Jefferson Clinton Hotel for the first look and Franklin Square Park for the portraits.
double exposure of bride + groom
Creative portraits of the bride and groom are something so fun to add to the library of images. Besides shooting beautiful candid images for the couple, I love when I am creatively inspired to do something different. Double exposures are easy to do (on film or digital) and this one below is a new favorite.

Shannon’s dress was stunning and fit perfectly. I loved the off the shoulder sleeve with her loose long curls. A few portraits while makeup is fresh and before we step outside is a good idea.
Her beautiful Kelly Faetanini gown was found at Mirror Mirror Bridal in Syracuse.
I am so thrilled to share these images with you and hope you take a moment to look at a few favorites. Thank you so much for inviting me into your lives, Shannon and George and can wait to hear what your favorites are!
