New York’s Prospect Park is an oasis in Brooklyn. Tucked in the trees lies the Boathouse, a turn of the century building that is the perfect NYC wedding venue for someone who doesn’t want to leave the city but loves nature.
Inspired by both the location and color palette, Elizabeth Hall Events created this sophisticated + modern wedding editorial. Green and White were the main colors with black and blush accenting the design. Style Me Pretty featured this shoot, click below to see their story.

The bride wore a simple but modern gown with long sleeves and a square neck, paired with black Chanel bow heels. Pearls earrings cascaded through her softly curled hair. A small delicate bouquet of lily of the valley was all she needed to complete the look.
Bridesmaids stood by her side in patterns of green, providing the texture and interest to contrast the bride. A floral arch framed the door and table for a perfect indoor / outdoor element.
