Classic Pittsburgh Engagement | Logan + Ted

classic_pittsburgh_engagement_photo01Like all classic combinations, both different and yet so perfect in their pairing, Logan and Ted go together. It’s hard to imagine them apart and yet the first date they shared had all the makings of a first and only date. I’m guessing that Ted didn’t  prepare by getting the opinions of all his closest friends on the outfit he would wear or what he would eat. So, he showed up in a mock turtleneck and ordered a tuna melt. Logan wasn’t sure what to think. Not that either a mock turtle or tuna melt is bad in and of itself, but if those are the two things you remember most about the date then it can be hard to decide what to do next. And yet, that didn’t keep Logan from going out for a second time, which turned into a third, and so on.

There’s something refreshing about Logan and Ted and it probably can be traced back to that first date. They are honest and encouraging to each other, two things every relationship should have. They saw each other for who they are and ultimately fell in love. Along the way Ted introduced Logan to his hometown, Cape Cod, and the Nobska Lighthouse in Woods Hole became a special place for them to visit. It was made even more special when Ted proposed and it didn’t take long to begin planning their Pittsburgh wedding. I can’t wait to join everyone next summer at Fox Chapel and hope you enjoy these engagement photos we captured in the city!

A classic Cape Cod wedding never goes out of style, especially at the Kittansett Club.

A Chautauqua wedding is stunning no matter the size. Karen and Walker pivoted to host the most amazing micro wedding at this historic American retreat.
