Five years into being a wedding photographer, pregnant with my first baby I realized I couldn't do things the same way. You know, 25-30 weddings a year and working non stop at home. I decided to make a change. I would love to share what I've learned in the last 10 years, and how I created the business that fits my life.
I host this workshop with an amazing group of creative friends. We will spend time in the mountains (where I live) and be refreshed by nature. We are coming together to create an elegant, outdoor inspired wedding for up to 12 photographers to document and learn from.
- how to become a hybrid photographer
- how to shoot 15 weddings a year
- work / life balance
- booking your first 10K wedding
- building strong client relationships
- creating successful flat lays
- how to get featured and what you need
- building industry relationships
- finding your niche
- outsourcing and time management
We will be working with a couple that has chemistry and is comfortable together.
We will tell a complete story by documenting more than just a portrait session or ceremony scene.
COMPARISON IN A GOOD WAY
Mary will share how she uses medium format film + digital, works with a small number of couples and books an average of $7k per wedding. Get the tools to do what she does or become equipped to go in your own direction.
A diverse group of creatives will be on site to share and learn from. The people I'm looking to bring together are interested not only in their own success, but the success of others.
