It’s Valentines Day, and I’ve decided it’s a holiday that I love. The handmade cards and crafts are what I’m particularly drawn to, and just last night I decided to make a little mobile for Daph. It turns out me making a mobile actually meant asking my mom to make a mobile so after we figured out the heart shape that would work she sewed a few up and stuffed them with scraps to make the small heart pillows you see above. The fabric is actually from a dress I made for prom my senior year of high school. It was the most ambitious thing I have sewn, and before you get the wrong idea I’m not pro at the sewing machine, but as you already know I like to say “I could make that” and occasionally I do!

I’ll share the complete mobile once it’s finished (which could be longer than you think) but for now here’s a February desktop image for you to download and enjoy!
